Application Instructions:
At this time, we are accepting applications primarily for 5th grade for the 2025-2026 school year. If your son/student will be entering 6th grade, you may still complete the application; however, please know that those classes are currently full.
In order to complete this application, you will be asked for the following information and items.
- Student and family information.
- Household financial information for any/all custodial parent(s)/legal guardian(s).
- 2024 Federal and State Income Tax Returns for any/all custodial parent(s)/legal guardian(s). (If you have not completed them yet, please skip that section and email Principal Goldrick.)
- Names and emails for two current teachers, or one current teacher and last year’s teacher.
After you submit the application:
- The school will coordinate with you an open house and/or visit date.
- The school will send you a document to sign to obtain your permission for Nativity Prep to review your student’s school records, including report cards, MCAS scores, attendance, conduct, and special education (if applicable) records.
- The school will conduct an interview with you and your son before making a final decision.
- A final decision will be communicated to you via email in early May.
Admissions decisions are made based on a combination of the following factors.
- Household financial qualification
- Academic records
- Attendance records
- Conduct records
- The ability of the school to meet the student applicant’s needs
Admissions Timeline
- Applications may be submitted until all slots are filled.
- Any applications after all openings have been filled will be placed on a waitlist and evaluated in the order in which the application was received.
